CIOC offers a free WordPress plug-in that makes it easy to use CIOC "Basic Data Feeds" to integrate public lists of CIOC records and categories into external websites. With Basic Data Feeds and the CIOC WordPress plugin, you can offer member and partner organizations throughout your community the ability to easily present up-to-date and topical information in their own websites, whether that's agency and service details or lists of volunteer opportunities.
Join our session to discuss and prioritize changes to CIOC software to facilitate efficient management and searching of records classified in the Agency-Site-Service format. We will be discussing proposed changes to searching, making the collection of feedback from the public efficient and understandable, tools to automate best practices, and more. We will be using the input from our members to prioritize the implementation of some these features over the first quarter of 2016.
